The Venerable Mark S. Richardson was ordained a Deacon at All Saints on Pentecost Sunday, June 5th, 2007 and named the Archdeacon of the Diocese of Florida by Bishop John Howard on March 15th, 2021. Mark was born into a Navy family who lived along the east coast of our country until settling here in Jacksonville in 1960.

Mark is a graduate of both Florida State College, Jacksonville and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mark is a retired police chief with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and a recently retired Bailiff Lieutenant with the Duval County Courthouse.

Along with serving at All Saints, Mark also travels throughout the Diocese of Florida to serve alongside Bishop John Howard.
